The airport concierge service is to provide premium VIP meet and assist and concierge services at Manchester Airport, effective immediately
VIP-Fly’s meet and assist services at MAN are to include personalised concierge support, where dedicated concierges guide customers through every step of their airport journey, and expedited airport experience, which involves assistance with baggage and priority processing. The service will also feature ‘Premium Lounge Access & Chauffeur Drive’ which VIP-Fly describes as offering a relaxing pre-flight experience complemented by a pre-booked chauffeur service to and from the airport, and ‘Tailored VIP Assistance’ – customised support for arrival and departure services for individual and group travel and MICE (Meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions travellers).
