Singapore Changi Airport has launched the Fit&Fun Zone, a new wellness space for travellers that combines fitness and entertainment

Fit&Fun Zone is intended to combat travel lethargy and provide a quick energy boost for travellers of all ages. Located at Terminal 2 (Transit) Level 3, just above Dreamscape, the new space is open to all travellers to enjoy, whether they want to stretch, move, have fun, or even just capture picture-worthy moments.

Spanning more than 400m2, the new Changi attraction features five coloured zones. In each zone, travellers can participate in various activities to connect with their bodies, rejuvenate, and take a break from the rigours of travel.

In the Green Zone, travellers can unwind and relax on six pendulum chairs overlooking the soothing ambiance of Dreamscape, Changi’s indoor garden. According to the operator, the tranquil zone offers a perfect respite for those seeking peace from the bustling airport environment.

Travellers using the Orange Zone can release pent-up energy with the Spar Pods, elevated soft punching bags. In addition, the three-dimensional petals structures on the walls can also be jabbed, providing a fun and safe way to destress.

In the Pink Zone, travellers seeking a strength workout can use the four pull-down levers connected to weights ranging from 2-8kg. Each lever is linked to a light ball that changes colour when pulled, adding a visual element to the exercise.

The fourth space, the Yellow Zone, features five trampoline pods, each ranging between three to three-and-a-half metres in height and equipped with sensors that play music when travellers step inside. Energetic travellers are invited to bounce, dance, and move to the catchy tunes.

For travellers looking for a touch of adventure, the Blue Zone offers a nature-inspired, organically shaped cave with a rope maze. Travellers at Changi can try to navigate their way through the maze without touching the ropes for a fun and engaging experience. This activity is designed to spark curiosity and encourage exploration.

The Fit&Fun Zone is the latest attraction introduced in Terminal 2 for travellers following the completion of the terminal’s expansion project in November 2023. The attraction is open throughout the day.
