SSP Group has opened Elda restaurant at Keflavík Airport, Iceland’s main hub.
Elda can be found on the second floor of the northern building at Keflavík. It will serve international food with an Icelandic twist, offering fast service and hot and cold dishes suitable for a diverse group of passengers at all times of the year, SSP said. There will also be an Ísey Skyr Bar.
"We are really proud of the food at Elda, which is made from quality ingredients. We placed great emphasis on accommodating diverse groups, for instance we have grab & go options for passengers in hurry. We offer great vegetarian and vegan dishes, and an ambitious children's menu. We are very much looking forward to introducing Elda to airport visitors", said Jón Haukur Baldvinsson, operations manager for SSP in Iceland.
