Sylwia Raczynska has been appointed chief transformation officer (CTO) at TK Elevator, succeeding Jörg Ulrich, who is moving on to new opportunities.
In her new role, Sylwia Raczynska will join the senior leadership team, reporting directly to CEO Uday Yadav.

Sylwia Raczynska has 25 years of professional experience in the implementation of transformation programmes in listed and private equity-financed companies. Most recently, she was managing director at Alvarez Marsal, based in London. Prior to that, she worked in interim management firms both in Europe and the Middle East, with a focus was on the implementation of stretch value creation plans in Germany, the UK, the United Arab Emirates and Poland.
Raczynska is a Certified Chartered Accountant, holds a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Gdansk and an MBA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.
