The Bulgarian Ministry of Transport and the SOF Connect consortium have signed a concessionaire agreement to develop Sofia Airport.
The consortium members – Meridiam, Strabag and Munich Airport – will now work together with all the stakeholders to make the Bulgarian gateway more attractive to customers.

The consortium said the 35-year public-private partnership deal will lead to new technologies, increased levels of service and improved efficiency of airport facilities.
Munich Airport will provide its industry knowledge a nd market outreach – especially in terms of airline marketing, route development, passenger experience, smart airport development, airport city development and operational efficiency.
