France’s Alstef, which recently won the baggage installation contract for Terminal 1 at Marseille Airport (IATA: MRS) has now announced two maintenance deal wins at the facility. Both new contracts will run until 2028.
The first is to overhaul the sorting system in Terminal 1. This will be delivered in stages as the various phases of its development project are commissioned. The second contract will cover the maintenance of the other existing installations in Terminal 1 and Terminal MP2 that are dedicated to low-cost airlines. Alstef said its objective is to achieve the work without disrupting the airport’s day-to-day operations. The company has set up an on-site maintenance and hotline contact system to guarantee the provision of its maintenance services.
