Airport solutions specialist Vanderlande has appointed Andrew Manship chief executive officer, effective January 1, 2024.
Andrew Manship will succeed current CEO Remo Brunschwiler, who plans to end his executive management career on December 31, 2023, to focus on non-executive management positions.
Manship is at present Vanderlande’s executive VP BU Airport & Parcel Solutions. He brings a strong customer-driven focus to his new role, as well as a deep understanding of Vanderlande’s business strategy, activities and global markets. He has been with the company since 2016 and has successfully merged Vanderlande’s airport and parcel businesses. Manship also brings a wealth of experience within the automated material handling industry and a track record of delivering added value to customers in highly competitive markets, according to the company.
