Jersey International Air Display 2020
Held in the skies above St. Helier, Jersey's capital, is Jersey International Air Display, a show which has been ongoing for 62 years. Featuring a variety of historic, wartime, active military and civil aircraft, Jersey plays host to a wide range of aircraft which aren't typically seen on the UK mainland, such as the Dornier Do-24 flying boat.
"Very little on the small island of Jersey can rival the variety, spectacle and energy of the International Air Display. The Airshow has established itself over the years as one of the island's premier calendar dates; a midweek show where all the island's children are given the day off school. Markets close for the afternoon and all eyes look to the skies."
The show, traditionally held in September, is to return in 2020.
