Battle of Britain Memorial Day 2020

The Battle of Britain Memorial Day at Capel-le-Ferne, Folkestone, is a chance for visitors to pay their respects to the men who fought so valiantly to protect this country in the summer and early autumn of 1940.

The event typically starts at 10:00am and features a parade of standards, along with displays from World War Two-era aircraft, most notably, the Royal Air Force's Battle of Britain Memorial Flight (BBMF). 2020 will mark the 27th anniversary since the National Memorial to the Few was unveiled atop of the cliff there.
