TAV Technologies is to install new system installations at five airports in Panama, part of the airports’ drive towards digitalisation

TAV Technologies is embarking on a comprehensive project spanning multiple airports in Panama, including Tocumen, Pacifico, Enrique Adolfo Jimenez, Scarlett Martinez, and Enrique Malek international airports. Under the agreement, TAV will install critical systems to enhance airport operations and passenger experiences. This includes implementing the airport operation information system (AOIS) for real-time information management, deploying an enterprise service bus (ESB) to facilitate seamless integration between airport systems, and setting up a common use passenger processing system (CUPPS) to optimise resource sharing among airlines.

TAV will also introduce airport collaborative decision making (A-CDM) to promote efficiency in decision-making, and will provide local common use data services (LCDS) for essential data support.

Raffoul Arab Pinzón, Panama Tocumen CEO, said: “This comprehensive product package will significantly enhance our operational efficiency, ensuring smoother experiences for our passengers. By implementing these advanced solutions, we aim to streamline processes and deliver exceptional service, ultimately elevating the overall travel air experience.”
