Gilles Pettolaz will oversee dnata’s operations, including ramp, cargo and passenger services, at Geneva Airport (GVA). He will manage a team of 600 employees, ensuring consistent high quality and safe services for more than 30 airline customers and their passengers. His appointment is effective immediately.
With decades of experience in various senior roles across the transport, security, F&B, hospitality and technology sectors, Pettolaz was most recently managing director for Switzerland at RATP Développement, a major public transport company. His previous positions include operations director at SV Group, a hospitality and catering firm in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) and regional operations manager, based at Geneva Airport, of global F&B specialist SSP Group.
