With over 20 years in finance leadership, Jen Pon brings a wealth of expertise to the authority's executive leadership team as it embarks on a steady trajectory of growth.
A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary, Pon joins from Rogers Communications, where she served as vice president of internal audit and risk management. In her roles at Rogers Communications and Shaw Communications, Pon led the commercial finance operations, audit, and risk management functions, in addition to playing a key leadership role in finance integration through the merger of the companies.
“Jen will play a crucial role in steering the financial strategies of our growing airport as we strive for excellence on both national and global scales. Her appointment is a significant step forward in achieving our aspirations and we are excited to welcome her as our newest member of our crew,” said Chris Dinsdale, president and CEO of the Calgary Airport Authority.
